This place was perfect for what we needed, strongly recommend. The hotel was overall clean with exceptionally kind staff members. Central location was a plus. In L'osteria di Giovanni you could have Tuscan meals...

The hotel has a great location, just minutes from the train station and within walking distance of major attractions such as the Accademia, the Duomo, Piazzelle Michelangelo, and Ponte Vecchio. The room has a nice view, and the staff is described as lovely, charming, and helpful.
The wifi only works in the lobby, not in the bedroom.

The value for money was great, considering it was a budget hotel. The room was clean and organized, with excellent working air conditioning and hot water. The location was convenient, close to the train station and Florence Cathedral. The staff, especially Manuel, was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast menu could have had more variety.

We were thrilled with the location of Hotel Elite, just a short walk from both the train station and the city center. The convenience made exploring Florence a breeze. Despite being a budget hotel, our room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the charming old-fashioned decor of the hotel. The staff at Hotel Elite and their sister hotel, Hotel Domus Florentiae, were helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

I had the best experience staying at this hotel in a really central location extremely close to the train station. It was so convenient to be able to walk to many of the major sights in the city, such as the Accademia, the duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered breakfast at a nearby sister hotel, which was a nice way to start the day.
Nothing bad to say.

I had a great stay at this budget hotel in Florence. The location was perfect, as it was very close to car rental agencies and a beautiful church. The hotel was also conveniently located near the main river, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a shower recess. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they were always willing to assist. Although there was no mention of breakfast in the reviews, I found that the hotel offered a delicious and satisfying morning meal. The view from my room was also quite pleasant, overlooking the bustling streets of the city.
My only complaint would be the lack of staff presence during my stay, which made me feel a bit insecure.
